Attention is paid to the settlement of the dismissal notice. The possible negative consequences of non-compliance with the statutory requirement for the written form of such a warning are considered in detail. It is noticed on those moments which are possible for borrowing by the Ukrainian labor legislation at perfection of legal regulation of the termination of the investigated relations. ER -
