It is proposed to understand the medical support of the personnel of the State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine as a set of measures provided for at the legislative and regulatory levels, which are used in the system of the State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine. restoration of health, provision of full and timely medical care, prevention of various diseases, preservation and restoration of psychological health of employees of this service, their recovery. It is noted that medical support also includes the implementation of sanatorium treatment in sanatoriums. Peculiarities of medical and sanatorium provision of the personnel of the State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine are: (1) more pronounced social protection compared to ordinary citizens of our state; (2) the importance of medical care is enshrined in a number of regulations; (3) applies to current employees of the State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine, as well as to other categories of persons, the list of which is clearly defined at the legislative level; (4) availability of special bodies for medical support of the personnel of the State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine. It is noted that public authorities should work more actively to create a system of medical care for personnel of the State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine, which would ensure quality and prompt medical care not only in accordance with clinical protocols but also international standards.</p&gt;}, number={2}, journal={Social Law }, author={D.
