The author found<br>that "changes in the organization of production and labor", as such, take place when they are conditioned<br>by reasonable strategies for the development of the enterprise, and are also corrected by the basis of<br>harmonious stability of labor relations and regulatory requirements for the implementation of the<br>corresponding "changes". It has been proved that ensuring the stability of labor relations in the process<br>of changes in the organization of production and labor today is complicated, in particular, by the<br>following problems: lack of relevant comprehensive studies of the impact of relevant changes on ensuring<br>the stability of labor relations and the possibility of optimizing the legal mechanism to ensure this<br>stability; excessively formal interpretation of the value of the principle of stability of labor relations,<br>when the provision of such stability does not correspond to market realities; using the idea of stability as<br>a tool for unfair influence of the employee on the employer; disregard of this principle by the employer;<br>restriction of the employer’s economic freedom, which may result in the employer’s insolvency; the lack of<br>a clear methodology for satisfying the employee’s preemptive right to remain at work, etc. The<br>conclusions to the article summarize the research results.<br><br></p&gt;}, number={2}, journal={Social Law }, author={V.O., Shvets}, year={2020}, month={Dec.}, pages={23-28} }
